About Leonardo da Vinci and Workshop and The Nude Mona Lisa (1514)

The drawing dates from around 1514–1516 and is attributed to Leonardo da Vinci (1452–1519) or his workshop; scientific studies have suggested that parts of it may be by the master himself. Drawn in charcoal on paper and measuring about 72 x 54 cm, it inspired many painted 'nude Gioconda' versions by Leonardo's followers. It belongs to the Musée Condé in Chantilly, France.
